wher can i take my HP laptop to get it fixed? it keeps rebooting.

while restarting press and tap F8 key, does it brings the advanced menu to the screen, if yes, choose safe mode.
This started about 3 months ago. i just don't use that laptop. ok, im trying safe mode.

it says to select the operating system to start: which is windows xp. When i tried this it started rebooting again. at the bottom of the screen : for troubleshooting and advanced startup options, press f8.
Reboot the system again and tap F8 while its starting, it will bring the "advanced menu options", please try it again.

choose last known configuration, see if you can log into windows normally.
i tried last known good configuration. it started rebooting again.
Ok restart again with F8 tapping.
When advanced menu appears, choose safe mode, reply here for further instructions.

no, it shut down. i tried again but the same thing happened.
