checking - have to open new windows as the old ones still reflect the larger font

please open your internet explorer.

go to TOOLS and then select INTERNET OPTIONS

go to ADVANCED tab

 

there is a RESET button there. please click on it one time.

 

close internet explorer, and restart it.

sorry, I think i did this b4 as well. It wants me to close all windows and programs first to continue with the change and I dont think it will make a difference.

do you see a magnifier icon with a small plus sign in it?

 

if yes, is it showing 100% ?

in the time delay the problem has been resolved. Perhaps the reset worked without closing every program and window. Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX have reset another setting.
