This should only happen when you sent too many mails in a row. This "captcha" only pops us a way of rate limiting and prevent potential missuse by spammers.
If you did not send to many mails but still get this, make sure to change your password XXXXX your accounts doesn't get misused by somebody else.
Or Chances are you're logging in through a server that AOL has recognized as a potential problem spot. What that means is that somewhere your connection is being routed through a suspicious server or your IP isnt being recognized. If you're logging in from a public computer it could be that it's not accepting "cookies" so AOL doesnt recognize the computer itself. Do the puzzle, resend the message, should be okay.
