i am trying to play a game from big fish games

i download the game and install it and when i go to open it i get that error

Hi,
it is one of those games that requires a lot from a computer/graphics card, meaning that if you have an older video card or an integrated chipset in your computer then this can result in an Access Violation or other technical difficulties, such as freezing/lagging and weird graphical issues.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend checking out the Access Violation article (just click here ) to make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card, the latest DirectX and the proper security settings. While some have found that these solutions did not fix the problem, we have had others report successful results after running the appropriate updates.
