HiCustomer Thank you for asking your question on JustAnswer.
Sounds like you either accidently deleted it or it got hit by a virus.

Keep pressed winkey (The key with windows logo on keyboard) and press 'R'
type
spider.exe
and press enter check if it opens

also try
mshearts.exe
and press enter check if it opens

Go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, then click the Add/Remove
Windows Components in the left pane. With Accessories and Utilities
highlighted on the first screen, click the Details button. Single
left-click Games in the next screen to highlight it, then again click the
Details button. On the resulting screen you can add or remove check marks
from any of the listed games. OK your way back twice (two screens) then
click the Next button and finally Finish. Restart your system, and they
should be there.

If still no joy:
you would need to uncheck everything in games(add/remove in control panel), OK your way
out, restart your system, then go back to games(add/remove in control panel) put the desired check marks against all
in, and repeat the OKing and restart. Then try it.

Sorry-I'm still having trouble, but I haven't given up yet!

When I finally get the solitaire box to choose suits, I can hear the cards being dealt, but no cards appear on the screen. (And "spider solitaire"still doesn't appear on the start menu.) (Nor does "Hearts")
