I wish to delete 'MyStart IncrediMail' and all history, from my computer.

'operating system. ' ? I have an ACER Aspire 3000 laptop used totally for personal pleasure.

'what internet browser' ??? It is a hand operated job plugged' into the laptop.

You could guess I am no expert. I simply want to get rid of 'MyStart IncrediMail' and any history stored , installed by a (?) well wisher.

Hi,
I checked the Operating System. You should have Windows XP.
click on start --> settings--?control panel --> add/remove programs
click on MyStart IncrediMail to select
and click on uninstall.

reboot the computer, it will be uninstalled and all history too.

If still no joy:
The easiest way uninstalling programs is to install this uninstaller and run to uninstall any program.
In our case, we need to remove MyStart IncrediMail

If still no joy:
Go to Start, Run and then type in MSCONFIG. Click on the Startup tab and uncheck all entries look like MyStart IncrediMail. Press OK.
reboot and the issue will be resolved.
