could you please tell me what problem are you getting while register magic jack?
I simply cannot register it to make it work. I asked tech support for help by phone but they cannot do it they put me on hold for thirty minutes which cost me a lot as the phone was on long distance.

Please give me the recquired procedures in numerical stages on how to register my magicjack as per instruction as printed on the brochure received with the magicjack not to attempt to use it until it is registered.
