HelloCustomer

If you just want to restart the laptop.

Hold in the power button for about 10 seconds.

This will shutdown the laptop and you will be able to power it up.

Thank You,

Ben M

Do not have a problem powering up the unit. The cursor is frozen. I can get the screen with all the icons, and can even get into some programs by using the tab and arrow keys; but, the cursor will not move. This was my original issue.
