I am getting an error when trying to log on to Citrix. SSL Error 61 You have not chosen to trust"Starfield Secure Certification Authority. Downloaded xen App Web Plugin Version 11. I have used Internet Explorer and Fire Fox and never had this problem before.

First off, please check your system's time and date if they are set correctly, as a majority of the cases with similar issues have to do with the same. If this doesn't work, let me know so that I can follow up further.

Okay ...assuming you have had this issue both with Firefox and IE, since when has it been occurring?

When our administator upgraded. All other remote users for our company can log on. He does not know why and tried to fix it.

Okay ...now, please click on the following link:
http://www.entrust.net/developer/index.cfm

Click on 'Download Root Certificates' at the bottom, then download the .cer files specified (right-click and 'Save As'). Run the files thereafter, and check if this resolves the issue.
