Have an error message "B200 "on my Cannon PIXMA MP620. I teied the fix --clear printer and restart- still get the error message B200. Can you help

1. Connect the USB cable directly to a USB port on the computer
2. Connect the USB interface cable
3. Delete the printer from CONTROL PANEL--> PRINTERS and then add it back again 4. Reset the printer (unplug and plug it back) or try the reset given in manual.

5. Try a different data cable
6. Reinstall the drivers from the disk that came with printer.

I did a search and it seems that the problem is with printhead.
if your printer is under warranty canon will replace your printhead for free. I recommend you give them a call.. do you have their number?
