Hello,

Ouch these are the worst errors you can get on a SMART scan. These two errors indicate your hard drive is on it's way out. If you can still access the partitions back up your data IMMEDIATELY or you will lose it forever in the very near future. You will have to replace the hard drive, but the first priority is to get all of your important data off of it.
