Hi,

This error means that you have a warm-up failure in the fuser.

Check to make sure you don't have any paper jammed in the fuser (be careful, it could be extremely HOT)

When you turn the copier on, check if you see the light in your fuser, because if not you may have a bad heater lamp.

If you don't have paper in it and it won't reset by opening and closing the front door you may need to have the sensor inside the fuser replaced.

I removed a piece of paper but i"m still recieving same message where is the heater lamp located and any description of what it looks like
