Resolved Question:

I have connected my Toshiba SuperMultiPA3761 USB Device to my hp mini notebook. I was able to use the Toshiba USB CD/DVD drive to load a couple of software programs from CDs. However, now when I connect the Toshiba to the hp mini note book the LED lights blink a couple times, nothing happens. The computer doesn't seem to recognize the drive at all. I get the message “Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)” I tried the Toshiba device on another laptop and it worked fine. Can you help me?
