Vista/Internet Explorer Tried the Device Manager

I ran a diagnostic report in Norton 360 It said I had an inoperable hardware device?? I should run Device Manager DM says drivers are up to date,

Hi your computer seems to be infected with some kind of malaware or trojans.
Dont worry we can get it fixed Please follow the instructions below.
