On MS Word, Edit does not display "Copy, Cut & Paste" Why?

I have Norton 360. With ATT I got Macaffee. I heard thatt yu should only have one Anti virus and remove it this morning. Word and On line was cslow while Norton backed up y files so i just got to use Edit Recently. It was working earlier

Hello. Andy has asked me to look at this. As I see it, your installation is completely corrupted. You need to go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and remove both Microsoft Office and Microsoft Works. Then you should do a reinstall of either Works or Office, but not both.
