Resolved Question:

kyocera km-4035 scanner settings
We changed our subnet from at 192.168.1.XX to a 192.168.4.xx

We have the printer working but cannot scan. We are gettting a 503 error on the web interface. Need to change the IP address to the scanner side so it point to the correct PC. Can I do this on the machines console? or do you ahve to manage it through the web interface?

Thank you for contacting Just Answer.

You can change the IP address settings on the machine's console by going to the printer menu, then selecting the interface section, then selecting the network interface then to TCP/IP on/off and there you can set the IP address.
