Can you tell me what email program your using? Outlook Express, Window's Mail? Do you use a website such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail?

Where are there is there an Red X.

Usually insde a box where a picture should be. I use Hotmail and Windows Live Mail and IE as the browser. I can't send or take pictures.

First, in Internet Options click the Advanced tab and go to the Multimedia section and make sure that Show pictures is checked. If it is, try these suggestions from Microsoft.

Pictures are not displayed on Web sites in Internet Explorer

If you haven't already, please make sure you have the most recent Java and Windows Script engine which fixes many of the "red x" issues. Follow the instructions below:

Click on the link to Sun's Java below, then click on the "Download JRE 5.0 Update 6" download link that is in the "JRE 5.0 Update 6 includes the JVM technology" section. Download the full "Windows Offline Installation" file to your desktop,(about 15 MB), scan it with your antivirus (just to be sure it's clean), then install Java 1.5 from the installer.

WorldSmart had the answer to my red X question. I'm not trying to stiff anyone of $10 but they answered it and you folks weren't able to do that.
