1. Click "Start | Run".
2. Type "services.msc" (without the "")
3. Press "Enter".
4. Right-click the "Printer Spooler" service.

Hi Mr. Assistance,

Thank you for your response. I am sorry to hear that the service did not start correctly. In order to determine why, I recommend that you send me an export of your event viewer log so we can see what exactly is going on. In order to obtain this information, please do the following:

1. Click "Start | Run".
2. Type "eventvwr.msc" (without the "")
3. Press "Enter".
4. Click "Application"
5. Click "Action | Save Log File As"
6. Type a name for the file and click "Save".
7. Repeat the same for the "System" and "Security" logs also.

Once you have completed this, go to http://www.wikisend.com, upload the three files and then provide the download link (url) so I can access the file and review.
