My HP printer (PSC2355 all-in-one) shows an error code on it's screen. HP can't seem to help me. here is the ERROR MSG: My printer does not work at all, and displays the following message on its screen:

error:0xb94c94fb

165:HW_interrupt_HWV2.c

can anyone advise please?

HI,

 

Could you try to perform a soft reset of the printer by disconnecting the power then press and hold the number 6 key on the keypad and plug the power back in, Keep the 6 key pressed for 10 more second then release it and see if the machine responds.

 

If the machine does not respond try the same procedure with the #9 key pressed.

 

Let us know what happens.

Your advice was the same as HP's. It works for about two hours & then the printer reverts back to the error msg. I am trying to CURE the problem. If you noticed my input of the problem, I requested no answers involving "power off/on while holding down buttons". I'm still open to a solution.   Fred Kilgus

sorry, this is the only way I know to solve the issue as it restores the original firmware so the machine reverts to factory coniguration.

 

I will opt out and see if another expert can make another suggestion.
