What is making my computer screen jump up and down? This just started this morning.

Most likely your computer monitor is dying. Have seen monitors and TVs do things like this when they are dying. Sometimes you have it repaired, but it probably is cheaper in the long run to buy a new monitor since monitors are so cheap now.

Is it a CRT (tube based) monitor, or LCD (flat screen)?
