Th ebest way to do this is to contact Sentry themselves and they can get you either a replacement key or a master combination for your safe. I would suggest doing it by phone. It is alot quicker.

Lost combination:

You will need your Serial Number, A notarized letter stating you are the safes owner. You can find the serial number on the niges outside of you safe. You will need to send this infomation to Sentry Direct.

Send check or money order for $12.00* (U.S. funds) to:

Sentry Group, Dept. 200,

XXXXX

Rochester, NYNNN-NN-NNNNUSA.

If using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard only), call 1-800-828-1438
and fax your Model and Serial number with the notarized letter
