How do I delete past years out of my Quicken file so I do not have so many back up discs?

Click on File - File Operations - Year End Copy.

This menu may be different depending on your version of Quicken. Look for the Year End Copy option.

You have a choice of a date range to export and if you want to keep the old data in your current Quicken file or not.
