Customer Question

I am looking for some help
1. Setting my cloud server to allow for the MySQL database to be accessed from my office. 2. Setup the ODBC connection to the database.
The server is Windows server 2008 R2 SP 1.
MySQL is version 5.2.47
Locally we will be using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1. We will be using Microsoft Access 2016.
I am fine once we get the ODBC up and running.

Is the connections going to be outside or insert your firewall?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
The connection will be outside the firewall. The server is a dedicated cloud server. I want to access from my office.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
If you know how to set it up then yes. I can remote desktop into the server from my computer.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Can we set an appointment where you can come in on my computer? I have some meeting the rest of the day. Monday would work really good. If you are working tomorrow then in the morning would work as well.

With which cloud service provider is your server hosted?

If it is a private cloud, what cloud software are you using?
