I am not sure if this will work, but you can try it. It's a solution that I found that may work.
You could disable the dial-peer 9200.
Changed the 98763 dial-peer from: dial-peer voice 98763 pots destination-pattern [2-9]...... direct-inward-dial port 0/3/0:23 forward-digits allto: dial-peer voice 98763 pots destination-pattern 9[2-9]...... direct-inward-dial port 0/3/0:23 forward digits 7To restore operation of the 9200 dial-peer, change the destination-pattern from "destination-pattern 92.." to "destination-pattern 921[0-1]" as a temporary workaround.
