this can only be done with a macro. I can create such a macro for you. Can I ask which version of office you are using, the year, like 2013, 2007 ect..

office 365

Will this macro work with future updates with office 365, or will the macro need to be changed?
Expert:  The-PC-Guy replied 7 months ago.
let me check and see if 365 supports macros

according to microsoft it does not. Do you have another version you can install, like 2013 or 2010?
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
No, that is all we run here
Expert:  The-PC-Guy replied 7 months ago.
i won't be able to help then. Since the only way to do what you request is with a macro, and your version of office does not support macros. Then I cannot do anything. Contact me again if you get another version that supports macros.
