Tried to change URL for my WordPress site and flubbed up...
Changed URL in General Settings
In both WP __________
And in Site __________
From http://www.adventperspective.org/sandbox
To http://www.adventperspective.org/second
Now I can't log in to repair it. :-(
I want to change my Bluehost setting to [second] instead of [sandbox]

you need to go to the bluehost account, find out FILE MANAGER ( or similar item)

now double click WORDPRESS folder, then click wp-login.php and locate/press the EDIT button.

then press CTRL and F keys together and paste

require( dirname(__FILE__) . '/wp-load.php' );

press FIND
