(Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.

Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do what I can to provide the right answer to your question. If the mailto: ***** ***** rejects a web page as not available, something is wrong with eitherA. the mailto: ***** ***** programmed, orB. the mailto: ***** ***** as configured on the device accessing the website. To eliminate B, as the possible source of the problem, try accessing the web form with more than one device. Or, with a computer that is handling mailto: ***** ***** fine. To eliminate A as the problem, try putting in a 'temporary' test mailto:. If your email address is '*****@******.***', then this would be the test mailto: <A HREF="mailto***@******.***">click here to test mailto action with standard mailto: URL</a> Let us know what the result is. (I regret I am unable to call you by phone at this time, so I have Opted Out of this question, leaving it open to whoever among our Experts might respond to your request for a Live Phone Call. Thanks for your patience.)

Thank you for having the patience to re-post that code.
Try removing the 'method=post' portion of the FORM tag. That part may be counter-productive in a mailto: ***** ***** tag. Usually, I think, a POST method requires a CGI script and CGI server... a mailto: ***** ***** that not at all, and leaving it in may be archaic usage, or 'deprecated' as they call it.
Also the enctype isn't really necessary, until the main part of the code is working. In any case where code does not work, you need to simplify down to the point where either it is working, or at any rate the possible things that might still be wrong are minimal... then when it works basically, add the frills and extras.
