I need code the has text box that allows user to enter amount

Customer Question

I need code the has text box that allows user to enter amount of transactions (from radio buttons indicating deposit, check or service charge), new balance displays in a label. Then calculate the balance by adding deposits and subtracting service charges and checks. Have to display message if new balance would be negative number and if not enough $ to cover a check, display from message box "Insufficient Funds" and deduct a service charge of $10.00. Summary button has to display total number of deposits, total dollar amount of deposits, and number of checks. Message box is to display Summary informations.
