yes it comes up everytime i do anything on the internet. eveytime i go to a different site or go to a different page etc.

i cant get it to connect at internet explorer of firefox

No problem, do this to fix the issue:

Exit Firefox > Click Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox(Safe Mode)

Once in safe mode of firefox > Click Tools > Add-ons > Themes > And switch to default theme.

Let me know if it works in safe mode or not? I will give you a permanent fix for normal mode.

i just have programs not all programs and then it just goes to regular firefox i cant find a safe mode. i have to go to a family reunion so i will have to get back to you later. is that going to be ok?

Click start > type firefox (safe mode) in search and press enter. What happens?

do you have a fax# i printed it and it would be easier if i just fax it

I don't have fax, do this:

try starting in safe mode again after exiting firefox and this time choose all the options "EXCEPT" resetting bookmarks(very important else you will lose your bookmarks) > once done click make changes and restart.

Firefox should work now.

well i did what it said and i lost firefox, so i had to reload that, i am not really very good with computers, but the message is gone so i guess it worked. you were very helpful. thank you
