(VB2010) I am trying to build a patient weight converter so a patient can put the weight in and it will converter pound into Kilogram or kilogram to pounds. I am really new at this and can't get it to work. This is what I have so far.
Dim decWeight As Decimal
Dim decConvertedWeight As Decimal
Dim decPounds = decConvertedWeight*2.2
Dim decKilograms = decConvertedWeight/2.2

If IsNumeric (txtWeight.Text) Then decWeight = Convert.ToDecimal (txtWeight.Text)

If decWeight > 500 Then
radConvertPounds.Checked = (decConvertedWeight = decKilograms)
Else : radConvertKilograms.Checked = (decPounds = txtWeight.Text)
End If

decConvertedWeight = decWeight*decConvertedWeight
lblConvertedWeight.Text = decConvertedWeight.ToString ("c")

txtWeight.Text = ""
txtWeight.Focus()

' Calculate and display the weight
lblConvertedWeight.Text = decWeight*decConvertPounds()
lblConvertedWeight.Text = decWeight.ToString ("C")

' Display error message if user entered a negative value
MsgBox ("You entered " & decWeight.ToString() & _
". Enter a Number Greater Than Zero. ", , "Input Error")
txtWeight.Text = ""
txtWeight.Focus()

'Display error message id user entered a nonnumeric value
MsgBox ("Enter Weight, ", , "Input Error")
txtWeight.Text = ""
txtWeight.Focus()
