How do I get spell check back

In outlook express spell check is corrupted. Spell check works in Word Perfect. When Spell Check is requested in Outlook express the following popup occurs.

Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Picture lt! Photo 2002.

Then this comes next.

The feature you are trying to use is on a CD Rom.......
Insert the MS lt!Photo 2002 disk......

How do I get spell check back?

Checked to make sure spell check works on Word Perfect. It does.

Can't figure out how to fix it

Ok, may be we can fix this in another way. Approx. when did this problem start?

A couple days ago. csapi3t1.dll file is in the required folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\......

Ok, in that case your best option which should quickly fix the problem is System Restore. System Restore is a built in utility in Windows XP which will roll back your system to th eway it was at certain date..It will not make you lose your personal files. Also, if you do not like the result you can 'undo' the System Restore.


To start the system restore wizard, close all programs, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

When the wizard dialog comes up check the Restore option. Then from the calendar page select the date you'd like the restore to go back to (select earliest possible date before you started noticing the problem). Next follow the prompts until computer reboots.
