I am trying to connect my Apple I phone to my Wi Fi but it will not accept my password.
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: Only my computer is hooked to WiFi and it is connected automatically
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have gotten a new I phone and want to connect it to Wi Fi, but when I put in Westell 5494 and my Password ***** will not accept it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried unplugging my router and then plugging it back in.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I can't think of anything.

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?
Do you also have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
