If I connect the Ethernet cable to my router, I can use the internet. However, the network does not show up under wifi
JA: Have you tried unplugging your router for about ten seconds? And what about other devices? Do they have connectivity?
Customer: yes, I've tried turning it off and on
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing I just came home and noticed that the network was no longer an option
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called my internet provider and they said it's showing up as there being connectivity

You mean only the router's wired connections are working, no ANY wireless device can connect to the router via Wi-Fi?
