I can't log in to the router...won't go to routerlogin as in the message I got from Netgear
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: I did that last evening but it didn't work.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I copied and pasted the link to login in the Norton safe search and when I couldn't connect I searched for can't log in
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turned off router and restarted
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm trying to fix the security vulnerability as in the netgear e-mail I received
