Customer Question

Our wifi is suddenly refusing to allow us to connect. I am a novice with these electronics so need some help fixing the problem. Perhaps our router is not functional.
JA: Have you tried "power cycling" your router -- unplugging it and letting it rest for about ten seconds?
Customer: Did that. No good result
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Simply tried to open to the web/email. Message came up on screen "no connection"
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Our computer-wise family members have tried all they were able to from directions on your website. No success
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: NO

Hello,
I am the person that will be helping you today.

You said that your wifi is refusing to allow you to connect. Does that mean when you attempt to connect to the wireless signal, you are told that the connection is not working?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Jason
