Don't know whether I'm at the correct dept but our Netgear remote does not work....how do we replace it?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Netgear router?
Customer: 0....
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I'm not into techy stuff....I'm old...not sure what you mean by a router
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just tried changing batteries in the remote..........sorry....
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No...just all of a sudden the remote just stopped working

We have a Netflix account. Our "remote control" to navigate movies, etc. does not work. Netflix told me that it is not a Netflix device. Netgear is on the controller...Netflix instructed me to contact Netgear and since I was directed to you, I ASSUMED that you are working on Netgear's behalf!
