Customer Question

I have a netgear 3400 router and a netgear 2500 extender. I have lost my extender connection for some reason and when I go to my router it continues searching for a network after a very short connection.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular Netgear router?
Customer: I have had it for 3-4 years.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. I connected 2 Sonos speakers through the network but that is it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have shut the extender off and brought it back up but not the router.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
