Can you tell me which version of Windows is being used on the HP that's having the problem?
Give this a try. Click the start menu button and open Settings (the gear icon)
click Network & Internet. With Status selected from the vertical menu on the left
look to the bottom of the page and click Network Reset>>Reset Now.
The process takes about 5 minutes and requires a restart. You'll receive a notification at the 2 minute to restart mark.
Once it has restarted try connecting again and let me know the result please.
I can't connect unless the computer has an internet connection. Please run the network reset
and hopefully when it completes you will have a connection.
I understand that you're talking to me on one machine and doing the reset on another.
