lost my password ***** my wifi. Can U help me to find it or reset the password?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: three years ago
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I am trying to set up a fire tv stick. It as for wifi password

Customer: I have pushed the wps button on the router. The program on the tv wil not recognize it

Do you also have a laptop / wireless computer that is currently connected via wireless? If so, does it have Windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, 10, or Mac?
