Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Yes, you can. Is the current password, if any, currently working?

What's the make / model of your mobile hotspot device?

o you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Do you mean if you connect your wireless device (such as a laptop or tablet or smartphone) to your mobile hotspot's Wi-Fi / wireless network name, it does not ask for a password, i.e., it does not show a lock icon at your network name?

Do you also have a computer? If yes, what's the make / model of your computer?

Can you click on the website below:

http://192.168.1.1

, then do you see a password ***** login prompt there?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

I click on that link and type in what they said in the instructions and every time I do that they give me give chances to get it correct and after give times I can't try again for awhile. This is what's frustrating. I am not computer illiterate I'm just the oppsite. I've been working with--on computers since the first pcs came out. Yes I taught myself how to. Program a computer before you just turned it on and it tells you what to do. So this is why this is getting very annoying to me. The people who work with straight talk were no help. So please help
