I recently installed D-Link 1AC1200 and wanted to check settings and not able to remember the password ***** User Udmin how do I retrueve passwird
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular D-Link product?
Customer: Not a lot other then this one replaces one that broke down
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was trying to open the new instalation and typed Admin for password ***** have been blocked
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Sorry, yes, it took me some time to troubleshoot and to type the answer.

- Please press and hold the RESET button / hole at the back / bottom of the router (using a paperclip or pen) for about 12 seconds, then wait a bit and set up the router again.

I have just now been able to connect as when I reset as you suggested I could not get back on or contact you. I have had to get other help tp connect and fix my problem. On that basis I should not be pay any additional charges. Thank you
