When I try to hookup on my wireless network and I test for speed, I only get 4.6 mbps download speed. I tested on my laptop hooked up directly to the internet and I get 50.6 mbps.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am on a HP Protosmart running Windows 10
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had to turn my laptop over to see what model it was

Customer: I have just ran a speed test on my laptop hooked up directly to my router. and tried a speed test on my phone and my tablet.
