You cannot see it via the iPad but do you have a windows computer already connected to the wifi network?

We can get the password ***** this.

Press the windows key + R and type in

ncpa.cpl

Press enter

Right click on the wireless connection and click on Status

Then click on wireless properties

Click on the Security Tab and then click on Show Characters and you can then see the wireless password ***** to use

Check on the router itself for a sticker and look for wireless key or Security Key

ok, then it has been changed.

hold the reset button on the router for 10 seconds then release.

then wait 5 minutes

then all devices will need to connect again to the wireless network using that key
