What is the model of the tv?Are you using wired or wireless?LAN is local area network, which in this case means it is not connected to your router. First check the cord (if wired), if wifi go into the tv settings menu and check that it is showing as connected to the wifi, if not you'll need to reconnect (pick your network, enter password).
