JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Its an ASUS PC nd I m running the latest Microsoft Op> system

Customer: Dont understand question
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I ve tried repeatedly to get Mozy to copy files
