I just changed from Att u-verse to Direct and now my WIFI password ***** not work.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I still have the ATT U-verse modem
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried putting in the number several times on the new devise and tried to use my old ATT password ***** it won't take either. Need the one for the DIRECT -45-HP-Envy 4520 series but was never given anew password.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Have you tried the Wi-Fi setup option on the printer's screen?
