Hi there and welcome

What is the error you get when you try to connect to your wifi?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
It just says that it is not connected
Expert:  Richard replied 7 months ago.

ok, you do though need to setup the Belkin to connect it to your wifi.

Which model extender do you have? And I can tell you how to do this.

You need to first set the device up in order to use it

To do this, please do the following

Step 1

Connect the range extender to your computer using an Ethernet cable

Step 2:

Plug the range extender into a power outlet.
Step 3:

Disable the Wi-Fi functionality on your computer.

Step 4:
Open a web browser and enter "http://Belkin.range" in the Address bar then press [Enter].
Step 5:

Once in the Belkin N600 Dual-Band Plug-In Wi-Fi Range Extender's web-based setup page, click the Get Started button.
Step 6:

Select your 5 ghz wireless network then click Next.
Step 7:

When prompted, enter your wireless network's password ***** click Next.
Step 8:

Select your 2.4 ghz wireless network then click Next.
Step 9:

Click Create Extended Network.
You should have successfully set up your N600 Dual-Band Plug-In Wi-Fi® Range Extender now and can disconnect it from the computer and connect it to the power socket

Let me know please how you go.
