Epson WF-7620 printer is behind a router. DHCP gets a wrong

Customer Question

Epson WF-7620 printer is behind a router. DHCP gets a wrong IP. With manual IP my PC can find the printer and even change the ip adress of the printer. But the printer does not work properly and does not answer a ping request.
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: Internet-Router - sonic wall - Ethernet
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: sorry, I do not understand the question
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: because the PC could not find the printer when I set the printer to DHCP, I manually configured the IP Adress. As subnet and standardgateway I took the same as my PC
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: how I can change the settings so pc an printer can interact

Okay, please advise if the printer worked as expected before?

May I have an update please? Does the printer print wirelessly now? Or still need a bit troubleshooting to make it work wirelessly?
