unable to connect to my kindle from my dish wifi. indicates an authentication problem, goes straight to saved.
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: have dish network wifi system want to connect to kindle. comes up on my kindle as ready to connect, but goes to saved
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: not sure what you are asking
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: checked to make sure wifi was connected.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and connect.

Don't think you understood what my problem is, turning off my Kindle was not going to solve my problem! It certainly was not worth an additional charge.
