My smart tv says no networks found. This is the only device out of 9 that is unable to find my network.
JA: Can you describe your network setup (devices and cables used)?
Customer: I'm not a tech person but I have an xfiniity router. Secured with password. There are currently 3 iPhones, 2 iPads 3 laptops and a pc connected to it just fine. My smart tv is saying it cannot find any networks.
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Well this is an ongoing issue. Not sure when it happened . This is my sons tv, he mentioned it 2 months ago and I tried quickly to connect but was unable to do so. Tonight I figured I'd battle with it! Every time says the same thing.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I reset network names and passwords, powercycled the router and the tv. Also restored the tv to factory settings.
JA: Anything else you want the network expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Think that's all I see it is 19. Will it still be 19 if it isn't fixed?
